I think el pres stats suggest otherwise. There is a correlation between spend and staying up.

In the last 5-10 years? I was reading that the average spend was around 30 million first season. Obviously there will be yo-yo clubs that skew this slightly. But it would be very interesting to see how we stack up as it stands. I know it's a broken record on this board but it very much feels...
