Well they didn't win the league last year so if the teams around them are buying better then that might mean they are going backwards!

For me it was between Spurs and Utd as they are big 6 and unless they are improving their squad then they're going backwards. Utd edge it as Spurs have the excuse, long used by Arsenal, that they are paying for a new stadium.
