Didn't watch a lot of him but he's generally seen as one of the archetypal players in that position isn't he, so I assume he was a lot more dynamic than Parker.

I'm sure he'll be doing lots of neat turns in the middle of the pitch before doing a simple pass back to the defence or sideways to another midfielder. Massivley overrated. Reminds me of Bridcutt but Bridcutt is better.
