    Pretty much - Northern Arc (basically along Isaac’s Lane), plus around St Paul’s school - shaded grey below (longer term for example the golf course has already been sold off for housing as well). Loads planned for Ansty/Cuckfield as well.

    B Hill traffic is often borderline gridlocked at school times already……goodness knows what it’ll be like when the 000s of houses going up are occupied

    Yes…it’s changed massively down there, particularly on the western side with loads of flats built. As usual not enough allocated parking so now the road is a nightmare :shrug: The number of huge units being thrown up rapidly along the A2300 is incredible.

    Developers will buy anywhere where they can get planning permission (it’s just outside the SDNP boundary), landowners will sell if they get the chance. Houses will be cheaper than Brighton but still close, and an easy commute to London with BH having two stations.

    They’re next :shrug: Thousands going up between BH and H Heath as well. The par 3 golf course will be covered at some point.

    If Mid Sussex is representative, we already have a vast housebuilding strategy. Shame it doesn’t seem to include the supporting infrastructure

    You could just aim to increase the rent to closer to the market rate over time to cover your increased costs if it’s that far below the market rate ? Potentially facing a big CGT bill if you’ve had the property that long and sell it…….? Like @deletebeepbeepbeep, I never hear of Landlords who...
