Without the specifics you’re leaving yourself open to criticism........for example, did the individual know it was a zero hours contract and what that meant ?
I assume you've got a specific example that has prompted this thread.........? Did the person involved understand it was a ZHC when they took the job on ? Were the terms explained ?

Developing businesses would never get off the ground
