If they've been to loads of away games they'll probably be ok. Doing most aways over two seasons, plus having an ST for a couple of seasons, will mean more STH points than non-travelling STHs (the vast majority) with a long history.
No. STH have priority. member points will ponly come into it of there are tickets left after all STHs have had the chnace to buy
Sales will go something like this :
Wave one - STH points more than XXX (say 200 as an example)
Wave two (if any left) - STH points more than XXX- (say 150)

The way I read it your Member points are irrelevant if you are an STH, as the windows will be based on STH points first.......in the example they quote 136 STH points would be in the second wave of sales (doubt whether that example will represent the actual points thresholds for games though)...
Agree with you - they should have communicated in advance, or simply blocked the pages so no one could see it until they're done with a suitable 'under maintenance' message.

Not sure why anyone would need to call yet....there's nothing to buy, so nothing to worry about really. It would be like worrying about a lack of signings in the transfer window so far. Oh.
