Even with drugs this kind of pace almost defies belief. Just over 21kph. Try that next time you're on a treadmill............for a minute, let alone 2 hours
Oops. I lost over a stone doing London once - and that was weighing myself after I got home, having drunk almost continuously after the race finished. Didn't take a pee until Monday lunchtime either. I guess that explains the blackouts and horrendous cramp though.
