    It will be because planning constraints dictate that the materials used must blend in with the existing build. Some of those materials will be difficult to source since most date back as far the 1980s.

    Nice touch they are moving the TV cameras to the new stand. The worldwide television audience completely oblivious to this architectural masterpiece will have an HD resprayed Arthur Waite beamed straight into their living rooms.
