There’s a huge concentration of talent in the premier league this season with the mid to lower teams spending millions to stay out of trouble with millions more spending to come in January. I’ll go something like ….. Top 9 miles in front, then bottom 11 … Southampton 45 points– Ings, Redmond...- blue-shifted
