Agree entirely with this - I'm pretty certain that CH will have been identifying players and maybe opening up initial contacts whilst he's been abroad (facetime/skype/mobile/text etc etc) I'm also pretty certain that he will do a good job next season - the OP should give the guy a ****ing break
