Eubank Jnr now fights at Super Middle whereas Brook's last fight was Welterweight. I can't see Brook even entertaining fighting at 12 stone and unless Eubank drops down to Middle, again unlikely this fight in my opinion is highly improbable.

Seems too short notice with only 8 weeks to go before the fight. I've heard Eubank is fighting Arthur Abraham which would be a good piece of match making. Jnr would outpoint him easily now.
