    its what the BBC report TIG/Change UK are saying, Allen is interim leader as they prepare for European elections... aside from the obvious problem, seems they may have identified how to continue in politics if their current member associations and constituents ask them to leave.

    sensible points there (except "react first, think later" - its a consultation). i wonder how they deal with the first for existing duty of care? we know all too well abuse is not always reported or acted upon. on second point i dont think people will not go to hospital if seriously wounded...

    before the knee jerk reactions, being so vehemently anti because of nasty tories, we might reflect this is following a model used to great success in Glasgow. i think a shade of bias has crept into the BBC story, this is the same as the those professionals reporting child abuse, or report...
