    i like the Scots, and we've been a stronger nation with them. but i've really grown tied of all the bleating, and think this referendum will be great: if they win thanks and farewell; if they lose it will put it to bed for a couple of generations.

    the irony of course is they were told last time they couldnt just walk into the EU club. they'll have to apply, prepare and join up like any other country, taking several years. and they'll have to adopt the Euro. and their economic deficit means they wouldnt be allowed in anyway.
