I felt a little mean spirited when I re read what I wrote. You are correct again, the majority of people /customers are great, unfortunately the moaners often stick out. Bit like NSC really.
Very salient point this. If you are passionate about what you want to do, and have the minerals to do it, then fickle customers become pretty tedious.

I think anyone who puts up with long unsociable hours and financial uncertainty of maintaining their own business , yet still retains enthusiasm, creativity and a keen eye on provenance deserves respect and is entitled to their opinion.
