No doubt, but it'll also be identical to the one in Chichester, or Brighton, or London or the Outer Hebrides. Albert Road, in Southsea, in my opinion, is more interesting, with it's small independent traders

Gunwharf is fine for generic high Street chains, Southsea is more interesting, and has a burgeoning micro pub scene
