Possibility, I guess. But I find this hard to believe given that a) we're wearing it for EVERY away league game (not simply a 'bit' more than usual), and b) I haven't noticed any other club doing the same.
It's more telling, I think, that the "alternative kit" is still readily available in all...
Whatever the reason, it's nothing to do with colour clash.
Other teams change socks. We change the entire kit.
And, yes, we do have blue socks available...
