You won't find anywhere near the Amex with a DJI device. Stadiums are all on blocked list. TV companies use a licensed operator.

Only used a Spark. Tiny so v portable. Doesn't look too serious/intimidating. Footage good enough for social media. As I think you've realised, the controller/extra batteries are a must.
