Nokia phone + Windows OS = recipe for disaster. Both really lagging behind their respective competitors. Galaxy S4 Zoom might be a good shout for you. Camera may only be 16 megapixels but has 10x optical zoom and you can get it with a free tripod (if you're that way inclined..) here.
