All anyone needs to know is that Albion supporters cannot head past the SS (in either direction). WS, NS and ES folk wanting to get to the train station are completely unaffected by this. Unless they like to circle the stadium for old times sake after games.

It doesn’t affect your route. If you wanted to instead turn left and walk past the WS then SS, the police would block you.

SS outside the ground is blocked off. So leaving the WS or NS and wanting to get to the buses, Falmer Village or Village Way …. you’re compelled to walk past the ES.

I agree. I know the opposing view is that is this day and age we should freely mingle, hooliganism is a thing of the past. But it isn’t, hence the huge police operation and the revised walk you mention.
