The Hudd system of 5 midfielders huffing and puffing, always gives the Albion problems. I hope CH tries something completely different next time. I don’t like Hudd, it’s annoying seeing snides like Hogg get the better of us.

And an totally out of the blue 9 against mega spenders Wolves and West Ham, and a rare away win at SJP.

Hudd are an amazing team from 1 to 11. The Sky commentary team have been ******* themselves over them from the first second.

Van Aanholt, Zaha and Townsend have incredible pace, power, combined with dribbling ability. Perfect for a fast counter attacking game. The Albion don't really have that. Palace would be several seasons back in Championship football without that. Edit: But lovely to see much maligned by CFC...

I hated the scummy thugs of Wimbledon, but wouldn't it great if a Jones/Fashanu type would sort Zaha:wnkr out.

Before the season, Citeh were the first team in PL history to be odds on for the title. Odds 4 x times shorter than Liverpool's, for example. It's so obvious even now that they'll beat the other 5 clubs to the PL title. The media keep the hype going about the other clubs.

After 25 minutes, it would've been the opposite (other than pointless Chelsea possession), CP opened them up in nonstop counters. Then Chelsea woke up.

The Palace counter attacking game was working, the only team in it. Boy they got lucky about no Hazard, IMO the best player in the PL. Then Chelsea went up a couple of gears.
