    In all honesty, there's a great chance that we'll be relegated next May, not helped by signing no strikers. Palace could well go down too. We can all take the P out of them, but the league table next May will reveal all. Far too early in September to determine that we now hold the ascendancy.

    I agree with you about Pardew. Take away the over-the-top love of him because he once scored an FAC semi winner (leading to NO Wembley glory, the same as us), and he's poor manager. As well as being a bit of a w**ker as a human being. The misplaced loyalty of Parrish almost saw you down...

    A genuine question, away from the mutual bitching. Do you think CPFC will try to sign Sakho towards the end of the window? He was a key figure in transforming your defence last season. I do realise LFC are holding out for £30m.

    Which Allerdyce spent well. Until then your defence was Championship level. Forum-Mensah was amazing when he broke through at ManUre and a specialist in his position. Maurinho usually bypasses youth to totally buy a team instead. F-M could be a great signing.
