He quietly coaches whoever he has to work with (never whinging about injuries or transfer failings), improving the players and turning the squad into a bunch of winners.
Excellent choice. Hughton is pleased for the opportunity, whereas Pulis or someone of similar current status would have been frustrated by a Championship club budget. Add Hughton's track record as a coach of younger age levels. Looks promising.
