Yes, you have missed something - you've missed reading the first post in this thread. It praises Labour's immigration policies ( those that it has now apologised for ). Neither Labour or the Tories have dealt with this issue.

If I went to B&H council and said, "tell you what guys, I want to play football matches on that field at Falmer. They would rightly say, "well once you've built the stadium we'll allow that". So, once the infrastructure is in place I'll support immigration - until then it should be ZERO.

Go on then - get those homes built - apparently we need at least 220K new homes EVERY year to cover net migration and population growth. Labour spectacularly FAILED to build them as have the Tories. Until they are built immigration should be NIL, ZERO and ZILCH. And of course that doesn't cover...

What the f**k does that mean ? We already have a housing crisis - how are we meant to absorb 330k extra people a year - typical Labour ( Blairite Labour ) head in the sand stuff there Hampster.

The increase in population each year is currently 1.5 times the population of Brighton and Hove. Please could you point me to how Labour have addressed building a city THE SIZE OF BRIGHTON each and EVERY year to house this population growth ? Oh, they didn't and still don't have a policy on that...
