Customer service is a ballache for most companies but they still offer it, what i can't work out is whether its us or the team that we play is the issue.

If they had an exchange function its your ticket until it sells.... Also if its a system then it would be quite easy to monitor and if people had a record of buying and returning then exclude them from buying. Honestly I think the numbers would be small .....

Absolutely crazy if this is the case... not sure what channels exist , maybe @Bozza, Fans Advisory Board or an email to Paul Barber. I can't see how it should be too difficult , I would expect the numbers to be small so manageable by a simple list if a 'process' does not exist.
