I don't think so, this has had a hardcore base, tarmac and looks to be wide enough for about 1.5 cars and comes off the main devils dyke road and then winds down the field. It looks a fairly serious bit of investment, but as one or two have pointed out, doesn't seem to be going towards anything...

I thought maybe that at first but it looks like the blackstuff is going down now

Coming along the A27 from the west, the field on the left just next to the dyke roundabout (left to dyke, right to dyke road roundabout) has what appears to be a winding road being built through the middle of it. Any ideas what it's for or where it's going ? Thanking the most knowledgeable...
