He may well be and I will take your word for it. As I said, I haven't see him enough to make my own judgement. And I do completely understand your point. I was just trying to justify why people would be disappointed with this signing, which you couldn't seem to understand in your original post...
Yes. But he hadn't played in the championship. I was excited to see how he could perform at Championship level. Also, in terms of being experienced, how can you even compare Wayne Bridge to Keith Andrews?
He may well be a good, solid midfielder. I haven't see him play enough to make a fair judgement on him. I hope that he turns out to be a good signing for us.
I am happy with this signing. Just underwhelmed. I hope that answers your question in terms of my ambition.
You didn't answer my...
Once again, someone else misses the point. Of course they have good players; players that would walk straight into our team. But how do you expect people to get excited when Bolton fans are celebrating the same way we did when Harley left and saying that they are not sure which news is better...
Delicate tastes? You seem to be missing the point. People are going to be disappointed when fans from a team that finished below us are celebrating him leaving equal to signing Jay Spearing. If it was a premier league club's fans saying the same thing, I would look forward to seeing the player...
Yes as a replacement for Dicker, that would be good business. But I can't see a player leaving Bolton to get first team football only to replace Gary Dicker's old role; sitting on the bench.
I won't. I've already read enough. I seriously can't get my head around why we want to sign someone not good enough for Bolton, when we are looking to be better than Bolton.
I'm unimpressed by typing 'bwfc' into Twitter and reading comments from Bolton fans saying he's the worst player they have seen play for Bolton in the Championship.
