NHS applicants from non-EU countries have to be fluent in English.No such requirement applies to EU applicants,unless the rules have changed very recently.
Most of them already do.Zimbabwe,and the Phillipines provide excellent nurses for example,who are all required to have good spoken English,unlike the EU ones.
