    Welcome :) Processed meat is my biggest problem (food wise). I love sausages, and have too much ham. And bacon FFS! Why does this stuff have to be processed to hell :( My solution is to make my own beef burgers. Either fat ones with herbs and spices, slow cooked, or smash burgers. Yummy.

    Yes indeed, but it's not as simple to change what yours is. Given how you are now, losing weight by running a bit is hard work, and if you're diet is bad enough, it's bound to fail.     When you say the vast majority, you mean 100% of all humans, right? Excluding amputations, that is the only equation there is (although some types of food are harder for your body to absorb, meaning they don't really go in, and others make your body work harder, so the calories burned goes up...
