I only watched the first video, the others seemed irrelevant. I didn't suggest anyone was shot. It looks like people were ordered out of their house, and made to walk down the street with their hands raised - which is what I said. And I said while I'd happily let the police into my home if they...
Firstly, they clearly weren't asking nicely, they were telling people to get out of their house (is that legal in Boston?).
Secondly, there isn't a terrorist in my house, we've been in all day with the doors locked. Add to that the fact that for the first time in 3 years I've managed to get a...
I'd also be happy for the police to look round my place, but I'd rather not have to walk down the road with my arms raised, while officers pointed guns at me. And I'd respect the rights of those that didn't want their home searched.
Yes it is a success that they caught the suspects, but that doesn't mean it's right. Either the police have the authority to search anyone's home when looking for terrorist suspects, or they don't. If they do, then there's no problem, but if they don't then people shouldn't stand for it.

If I was paid as an actor to place a bag that was supposedly a fake bomb:
1) I'd have a look in the bag (and if it's sealed and weighed enough to be a bomb, I wouldn't take it)
2) I'd tell my family that's what I was doing
3) I'd have the money...
Apparently they've lost the cyanide pills. They're getting more, but the delay makes it more complicated - suspects are expected to take cyanide pills quickly, not after a few hours after they should have been searched. The search is on for more pills, or a pro marathon vigilante (who may need...
Your fact 1 is that we don't know exactly what has happened - that's not surprising really.
Fact 2, wasn't CISPA going to go through anyway, they didn't need bombings to help it?
And fact 3 - people aren't unders curfew are they, they're being advised to stay in, in a certain area. Perhaps that...
It's not that we're stupid, but we've been brought up by the media since we were children, and we don't know better. So what exactly has happened here?
Does anyone here watch that ridiculous US program 'The Following'? The biggest group of serial killers in US history, and the FBI send 3 agents over at a time. Could be a really good program, but it's bloody annoying.
911, how can I help
Some men just stole my car at gun point
Are you ok
Yes, fine
Ok, have a nice day
But they said they were the bombers
Ah, I'll send 100 officers over right away
Well they would say that wouldn't they. They've clearly been trained by the US as some sort of getting people against terrorists (or something, I can't remember) and made to look like foreigners. Or to put it another way - why did the Indians attack the US:
They didn't. But we are meant to think...
Because that's the last thing you'd expect them to do
Well quite. If they wanted to blow the place up, what the hell do they need sniffer dogs for? Why involve more and more security that need to be part of the cover up. Just set off some bombs, job done.
Did the US ever apologise for funding the IRA attacks on Britain? They should have.
Indeed.
I am full of sympathy for those affected by the bombs yesterday. But I do have a fair amount of hatred for those that helped fund the IRA.
