Hmmm, interesting. Because I have no kidneys there are things I'm supposed to avoid - like tomatoes, potatoes, chocolate - but I admit to cheating quite a bit. Of normal stuff, I only do take-aways once a month tops, almost no ready-meals. I like to cook, so using raw materials is not a problem...
