I don't think that a reasonable pre-requisite at all, there are some big clubs in the championship, quite a few with parachute payments and we have no control over what they do. We just may not be in a position to compete. It may be an ideal, but not a stipulation

All you can ask for is that new new guy carries on the project as the club wants. You can't really plan for even 3 years, as TB said in the interview, even 1 year for OG was longer than the average chamiopship manager.
