Yep this. Plus lets take things further and the GTR court action is successful and therefore they cant strike...the drivers can still VOLUNTARILY work to rule (as opposed to being directed by their union) and GTR cant do anything about it so the same shit service will still remain.

The RMT are generally recognised as the more militant of the two and a throwback to the 70s. ASLEF are quite mild so if they are pissed off then its with valid reason.
