I don't disagree that the penalties are disproportinate. What i take issue with is Bensgrandads belief he shouldn't pay for parking. Its the undeserved matyr status that gets on my tits.

To me your sense of entitlement is unbelievable.

1) Why on earth should the railways provide you with free parking? I can understand the hospitals, but railway ffs, next you'll be demanding free bus fare to the railway. 2) Why should Currys provide you parking so you can shop elsewhere just because you're too tight and lazy to pay for parking.
