You haven't been for the last three years, so you can't expect to have the points that those who have been there for all those seasons.
But you haven't held a season ticket for three years. If it had been the last three years, you would have had 120 points, but you stopped three years ago.
You need to query that because you get 120 points for three consecutive seasons before this one. The key word is consecutive.

We did for the first season. Now the loyalty points go back six years so someone who had loyalty points on the opening day of the Amex, will have more than someone who's had a season ticket for two years.
No, the ticket exchange kicks in when all the tickets have been sold. I know because we got vouchers for the Bristol City game in April. The ticket exchange is clunky, and we could do a lot better, but the game is not a sell out yet.

Come off it. The club are engaging like adults. They have 200 tickets for sale. If they use the ticket exchange tickets, they have to pay out £20 and £25 vouchers to the STH. Now which tickets are going to make a profit?
I'm sure they will find out. Make enquiries as to which stand, then another one ask where the row is. It doesn't take much, and then grab the buyer when they turn up, and match the fan number who bought the original.

If the club are going to be asking for id at away games, then you have to have some form of id on you. Not in the compulsory sense, but it makes it easier to find out who the touts are.
