Emailed iFollow with the details of the mess up over the friendlies which were advertised by the club. Look at the section Ask the Club where Insider has said the club has asked for subscribers to get two free months as compensation.
Our subscription was due to finish at the end of September (due to previous free weeks a few years ago), but now been given another two free months, as per the answer in Ask the Club.

That's not quite true because I had problems with some games and not others, but using Chrome on a desktop. Logging in was a problem at first, but got over that, and then had exactly the same problem with the next game.
What about the Crawley and Dusseldorf friendlies? We had trouble accessing them too. Crawley being a League club which would be covered by the same restriction as Norwich, but Dusseldorf was abroad as per Girona.
I think I managed 70 mins of Dusseldorf and only the second half of Crawley.
I agree. It's because I got a free month a few years ago, as compensation, that my renewal date is September. I was simply repeating what the club said in a tweet.
I shall be complaining about the friendlies' coverage as I saw half of Dusseldorf, some of Crawley and no Norwich nor Girona.
I get the impression their support aren't working in the evenings.
