Our subscription was due to finish at the end of September (due to previous free weeks a few years ago), but now been given another two free months, as per the answer in Ask the Club.

That's not quite true because I had problems with some games and not others, but using Chrome on a desktop. Logging in was a problem at first, but got over that, and then had exactly the same problem with the next game.

What about the Crawley and Dusseldorf friendlies? We had trouble accessing them too. Crawley being a League club which would be covered by the same restriction as Norwich, but Dusseldorf was abroad as per Girona. I think I managed 70 mins of Dusseldorf and only the second half of Crawley.

Is anyone going to the Fans Forum, 10th August, who can ask about this? These are the sort of questions that should be asked.

I agree. It's because I got a free month a few years ago, as compensation, that my renewal date is September. I was simply repeating what the club said in a tweet. I shall be complaining about the friendlies' coverage as I saw half of Dusseldorf, some of Crawley and no Norwich nor Girona.

I'm still paid up until September. This evening was down to Girona as it's the home club who set it up.

I know that he had a meeting with them yesterday morning.

Now I've tagged him, he will see it, but I doubt that he has time to read all the posts on the off chance.
