I suppose because I really like Chris Hughton and want him to be trustworthy. He didn't have to say anything but his statement 'I can categorically say that Dale didn't refuse to play', is quite a bold one.

You don't know what has happened any more than I do. It might have been Dale, it might have been Hughton. I would be more upset if Hughton lied, than Dale going on strike. That's just me.
