Thank you Insider. Yes, the payment goes out directly via a debit card direct debit to Perform every September. It was August (start of the season) originally but I got a month free, so changed.
It has, which is what I said previously when I made a complaint, as I haven't had to rely on their commentary for quite a few years now.
Perform are rubbish.
Tescos would give you your money back & another box. Kellogg's would give you much much more. Have you never complained to a food manufacturer?
PB's answer has confirmed what I've said, the club's hands are tied.
I didn't need it as I can listen to radio Sussex now. I just have it for highlights & interviews, but I did rely on it when I was an exile.
To use the previous cornflake analogy (silly as it was) you would get more out of the manufacturer than the supermarket, if you complained.
All the league clubs have Player. As I explained earlier, when I had problems previously, Perform dealt with it and I got a free month. They are the company who provide the service. I was advised bt the club to complain to Perform.
The club's hands are tied to an extent.
Ask the club is not for complaints according to Nsc as I understand it.
When I was having trouble with Player I complained directly to Perform who provide the 'service'. I think someone posted their email earlier in the thread. I got a sort of apology from them and a free month.
