Don't bother reading music papers or websites, tend to go to reviews after I've listened to something. Listen to very little radio and then only via Mixcloud - would highly recommend this, Ear Spook Radio, some local DJ doing a show in Kilmarnock who very much sticks to playing three tracks...
Depends, CDs were often heavily discounted in the first few weeks of release then bumped up in price as they became back catalogue. Fine if you knew release dates, but if you came to something late you'd end up paying £15-16.

I'm rather liking this at the moment from a 7 inch called Demo, Spanish all girl group channelling garage rock and 60s girl groups in what seems an amateurish and ramshackle way with production values of about £3.50. And who can argue with a singer who wants you to rub her legs?
