If it must be shortened, I think something like 15-20 days ought to be acceptable, from 3 January (allowing for Bank Holidays on 1 / 2 Jan).- The Large One

'Most' isn't enough. Even if one club is hampered and/or disadvantaged by a club having to concentrate on an imminent match, they'd be within their rights to call it unfair.- The Large One
