I don’t think gay people are trying to get anyone onside. Pride is a celebration of all sexuality, everyone is invited to the party. I personally don’t attend anymore as I don’t like the noise and chaos but it certainly doesn’t put me off anyone’s sexual preference, it’s just I’m a middle aged git!
