Had a few hours tuesday at seaford using feathers 1 1st chuck then nothing for a hour then a string of 5 and a string of 4 in 2 casts , they are there but not in huge numbers so far .

Went today just along from the buckle had a couple very small but nice bass bait size but not around in any numbers as yet

Fished a match saturday at seaford and pretty much all that was caught were smuts and the odd sole at 20 ounces a piece on the matchcard they were well worth targeting as in reality they only wiegh a few ounces .ive not had a decent hound all year yet

Depends what bait you have plenty of sole falling to sticky black and blowlug and still lots of smuts and small ray knocking around to all baits

For those that like thier Bass fishing , had a match at widewater last night which is lancing end of shoreham and had quite a few after dark , biggest around the 3lb mark and nothing under a 1lb , lots of other bits n bobs showing up sole , small ray , dogs , smuts , and the odd bream . Dont...
