Seriously, how about say, 100 blue and 100 white "mini flags" that we all orchestrate into a blue and white stripes montage in the stand (home or away). They could be small enough to fit in a bag, even a manbag, and no problems with storage, transport or cleaning.

Richard Hebberd has said that the flag sat outside in all weathers, became really shitty, and he is 99% that it has been binned. So I guess it's time for a new one.

Andy and I made sure it got back form Cardiff, the problem was no-one else who were involved in getting it there helped afterwards. In future, if we have a new flag, whoever takes it has to agree to ownership till it gets returned.
