Groves won because he landed more with much less waste. Yes he was on the back foot for 60-70% of the fight, but that's tactics. Think 'less possession and counter attack' in football.

Jr really needs a proper coach/trainer. He's a very good brawler but at the highest level, you've got to have world class boxing skills. Which he really doesn't have. I'm a big fan of Jr, and I've been saying the above since the BJS loss.
