I'm sure if they could, they would have by now. It's been going on for years without much action against (ab)users I do know that Sky do routinely block/close down the odd streaming site every week during games, but it's just too easy for the hosts to open up another stream and carry on. Haha...

It only applies to people who have illegally downloaded porn films. Obviously that does not mean that if you use PornHub (for instance), you'll get a letter. It's specifically for people who rip off actual films such as 'Star-Whores' and the like. Casting Couch and Fake Taxi are fine.
