Why do you care? It's a phone. If people enjoy it, so be it. I've got an iPad and an Android (Motorola) phone. I don't care too much about either brand but I'm more than happy to hear other people's reviews of their new products.

Another option is to give it a 2-3 weeks, sign up to 'Topcashback', order a contract from Phones4U via 'TCB' and claim an easy £100.00 cash in your pocket. That'll take the sting out of the £43.00 p/m. Edit: Will be more likely £50.00 cash back.

That's fair enough. Everyone's circumstances are different. If I had ordered one, I'd probably have gotten it delivered to my work address to save time/hassle.

I'd much rather take 10 mins out of my day and get one Friday morning rather than arrive home after work to find the postman's red slip of doom on my welcome mat.

Just a heads up to any of us waiting for midnight. Phones4U are taking pre-orders from 08:01 tomorrow morning. I'll still probably keep an eye on the Apple site just gone midnight but I won't be surprised if it's 08:01 all round.

64gb+ looks tempting but not sure which colour. I've always had black phones and had a black iPad but thinking of the White/Silver one.

It was midnight pre-order for the 5s so I'm certain it'll be the same this time around.
