Equal motoring offenses arent.
If all cars lit up every time they were speeding or the drivers eyes werent on the road, then motorist would realise they arent in any position to do the traditional whataboutary.

As do motorists, of which I'm one esp when it comes to speeding, jumping red lights, looking at phone/sat nav, illegal parking and so on.
The main difference being that relaxed approach to rules kills people.
