I'm struggling to see where pilchard would fit into our starting 11. He certainly hasn't the pace needed to compete with Baldock. There's no way he can tackle like our centre midfielders. He can't cross like our full backs. And is 3 foot too short for centre back.

Or our scouts are shite! :lol:
