A quick query re: business reply envelopes. I needed to send something back via one of these free post envelopes, but was told I'd have to pay an extra 40p, as it was overweight? I thought these envelopes were charged to the licence holder, irrespective of weight?

I'm going to go to my local PO now and take five minutes asking for all the postage options and prices on EVERY thing I need to post :lolol:

I got left a card saying an item of mail was not delivered because it was 9 PENCE underpaid. I now have to pay that, PLUS a £1 fee to obtain it :rant: Ker-chingsville!
