Well given the club have a ‘we won’t stand in your way’ policy , Bruno obviously saw a better opportunity with Potter at Chelsea , being on the sidelines in the Champions League this week than sticking around.
Personally I’d rather he went now , then hung around for a bit and then disappeared...
To be honest though he’s already had a playing career well above Brighton and played with some world class players. I’m not sure that staying at Brighton to work with a new coach would gain him more than going to Chelsea with the squad they have
I think people need to get a grip. All good online, and when we play Chelsea but stuff like this against an innocent local business + when Bruno has a young family in the area is a bit far.
Emotional intelligence has nothing to do with having a management team with him that he knows and trusts to work with. Like others said there was no guarantee Bruno would get a role with a new head coach and if he likes working with Potter then so be it.
