Those photos look like Ibiza or Majorca to me... not Peru... the beer glasses look to be San Miguel ones, and the blue bottled water are what most bars use
Definitely all about prevention. My point is, people are wiser, its easy enough and cheap enough, that to take anything without testing (which isn't fool proof but helps...) is foolish.

That is a poor judgement though, especially with how easy it is to get test kits on the market. Give me a pill or powder, and for a relatively cheap cost, you can find out exactly what is in it, in your own home.

Me theory is - drugs debt, told to do this, it'd clear it, earn them a reasonable amount of cash, they get to live the high life in Ibiza for the rest of the season without having to work 7 nights a week, for 50Euros a night.
